This waterside luxury air-conditioned apartment is located on one of the Islands in a prime position over looking the award winning Puerto Marina. Situated on the Isle de Ponienta the windows open to the splendid view of the yachts gently rocking in the water just a few feet away.

It is a comfortably sized apartment and sleeps 2 - 4 people having two single beds in the bedroom and two fully sprung double sofabeds in the lounge. It has hot and cold air conditioning.

Take the lift or stairs to the roof top pool, jacuzzi and bbq. There are plenty of sun loungers by the pool too plus wonderful views over the marina.

For the comfort and enjoyment of our clients, this apartment is let on a strictly non-smoking basis.
